Falls Expands and Renovates Headquarters in Downtown Cleveland

December 14, 2020

Falls is excited to extend our lease and add 9,600 square feet of office space to our headquarter office in the Terminal Tower in Downtown Cleveland. After merging our two companies – Falls Communications and Falls Digital – and acquiring Wyse Advertising, the firm is adding the additional space to accommodate growth. This will provide us with more than 31,000 square feet to house our 85 professionals. The offices will have six conference rooms, four kitchens and a full photography and editing studio.

“We are committed to staying and growing in Downtown Cleveland,” said Founder, President & CEO, Rob Falls. “It is the heart of business of Northeast Ohio and has served us well for 32 years. In addition, downtown offers great restaurants, theaters, open green spaces, museums, professional sports, special events, music venues and modern residential options for our colleagues.”

“I know others are looking to cut the amount of space they have,” Falls continued. “However, we are looking long term. We have worked very well from home and will continue to do so until we can come back to the office safely – but nothing can replace the power of our people being together in the same space.” Falls added that there is nothing good about what COVID has done for downtown, but he has faith that with a proven vaccine in hand and the resiliency and determination of Clevelanders – downtown will come back stronger later next year.

“K&D is beyond excited that Falls continues to expand and make Terminal Tower its home. I have enjoyed working with Rob over the last several years to make this happen. Rob’s enthusiasm and energy for Cleveland is to be commended,” said Doug Price, CEO of the K&D Group.

K&D and Falls have put a sizable amount of planning and funding into the expansion. The architectural design is being done by AoDK Architecture and the build out done by Epiq Construction Services with close partnership with Falls. “Our offices were very nice before,” Falls said. “However, the redesign of the existing offices and additional space will produce a more sophisticated, inspirational and creative feel.”

"We are grateful for Falls' continued commitment to Downtown Cleveland. This expansion sends a clear signal that downtown work environments help attract talent and foster the collaboration and creativity that businesses need in order to succeed,” said Joe Marinucci, President and CEO of Downtown Cleveland Alliance.

"The second half of the year has been very solid for the agency,” Falls said. “We have been able to add five outstanding senior-level professionals and a half dozen very strong junior staff to our ranks and we are planning to launch additional services in the first half of 2021.”
